Large House w/King Bed, Parking, Deck, B-Ball Hoop

Nice house, can see where owner has been updating areas. Nice location, close to broad ripple restaurants and shops. Owner has excellent communication. Responded in good time to any questions.. Did not get to use backyard much but deck and fire pit looked inviting.

The house was exactly what we needed for our stay in Indy for the State Fair. Location was very convenient and plenty of parking for our 3 vehicles. The host was very easy to work with and the check-in / check out process was very smooth. The only thing to be aware of is it took quite a while for the house to cool down, mostly I would assume because it’s an older home. Overall, the home met our needs and would use again. VERY reasonably priced for what you get.

Great place to stay in Indy- plenty of room for a big family or group. Everything was clean and there was plenty of room to park.Basement was perfect for family time with the large sectional and set up to watch movies. And having the half bath down there wax very convenient. We loved the official size air hockey table- many maybe were played. The master bedroom is on the top floor with steep stairs to access it, but it's worth climbing them, especially with the really nice bathroom with the rainfall showerJust down the street is great restaurants and ice cream parlors. Wonderful park/nature preserve a little ways down the road where you can hike through the woods & by the river.Outside area set up was nice with patio set on the deck, a fire pit with comfy chairs and a hammock.The kitchen was nice- it was great that in addition to coffee pot there was an electric kettle for tea drinkers. The cookware options were limited however. Also - make sure to bring basic seasonings like salt.
