Downtown House w/King Bed-Parking-Bars-Restaurants

Super clean!!! I can’t say enough about our stay. Everything was exactly as mentioned and we really look forward to our next trip back. Host is very responsive and explains everything in great detail. The yard was perfect and felt very safe even being right downtown in all the action. We enjoyed staying up late people watching. Everyone that we met in Indy was a delight! Would recommend this home 100%

The location of this stay was perfect, across the street from all kinds of great places to explore in downtown Indianapolis. I wish we would have been able to stay longer. We will definitely be back. It was so fun to check out the bottling works nearby with all kinds of great food, the oldest shoe store in the United States have had an awesome selection, and a really cool candle making store

Cute house and convenient location. We stayed for 1 night for a concert at Gainbridge Fieldhouse. We enjoyed the grill and being able to park in the garage. Communication with the host was great. Would stay again

Property was great for 2 people visiting Indy. Beds are comfy, house is updated and having a garage was huge bonus. Walking distance for many bars, restaurants, coffee shops. Location is also residential, so lots of folks with kids and dogs. Felt very neighborly. Close to downtown (easy Uber to Fever Game). Indy is also great for biking. Area did become busy on weekend - but not obnoxious or loud. Loved being on the back patio for happy hour. Highly recommend for 2-3 people.

Great property in a cool area of town, nice yard where you can sit and watch the action go by. Great for the dogs to have a little place to run around. Host was very helpful and easy to keep in touch with.
